  • All chai and tea products listed on our website are subject to availability.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions at any time.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only; actual packaging may vary slightly.
  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or if the product is unavailable.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices displayed on the website are in INR and subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order.
  • We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other methods available at checkout.
  • JTC Chai is not responsible for any additional charges levied by your bank or payment provider.
  • In case of a failed transaction where your account is debited, please contact us within 48 hours.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across Uttar Pradesh and all over India. Delivery timelines vary by location.
  • Standard delivery within UP: 2–4 business days. Pan-India delivery: 4–7 business days.
  • Free shipping is available on orders above the threshold displayed at checkout.
  • JTC Chai is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • Opened or partially consumed products are not eligible for return due to the perishable nature of tea.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

6. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
  • JTC Chai reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
